Alongside my Classics Club list (here), I'd quite like to work through the 100 Penguin English Library books,  touted as 100 of the best books in the English language.  This is a vague goal without any time-scale.  It has quite a lot of overlap with my classics club list, which is a bonus!

  1. Thanks so much for the list! I'm trying to get them all, too, and it was hard keeping track of them all. Since they are being dubbed 'best books' and quite a lot of them are in the '1001 Books To Read' list, I decided to start collecting them.

    They don't look too bad on the shelves either :-)
